Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, no-show or change your booking within 24 hours of appointment time. The charge is 50% of booked service price as a cancellation fee. This fee needs to be paid before rebooking. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but our Stylists need to be compensated for their time that has been blocked out for your upcoming appointment. We appreciate you're understanding.
